The rentals are all delightfully furnished with many added
amenities to insure your total comfort.
Each unit can sleep 2+ people. Combinations of 2 or more units can sleep up to six. Please see our combination rates. Our properties include a one bedroom, one & a half bath, Cape Cod-style house with private garage and all the comforts of home. Our lovely, luxury Studio apartment, located on the same property, is loaded with amenities and overlooks our small vineyard and neighboring cows. The Studio has an adjacent 'Annex', queen bedded room which can be rented with the Studio - to accommodate up to four. The GuestHouse & Studio are available year 'round for daily, weekly and monthly stays. |

A deposit equivalent to one night stay will be charged
at time of booking. Balance due 3 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations 3 weeks in advance will get a full refund
minus a $25 processing fee.
